By installing or using ProofGrid ("the app") or related ProofGrid web services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, delete the app and stop using the services.
ProofGrid helps home-service contractors capture and share job evidence and manage lightweight bookings with homeowners — turning completed work into a clear proof pack. Homeowners remain free. Contractors use founding-beta access (180 days free) then post-beta digital tiers unlocked via Apple In-App Purchase when those products are live. Cash referral rewards stay OFF until compliance clearance; when ON, platform lead/referral fees use Stripe Connect and do not unlock digital iOS features.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ProofGrid on an iOS device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms conflict, these Terms control for ProofGrid-specific services.
Founding beta: Contractors receive 180 days free access; homeowners are free. Cash referrals are feature-flagged OFF.
Post-beta display pricing (digital unlocks via IAP when live): Free / Solo $39 / Team $119 / Growth $249. Exact product IDs, billing period, and territorial prices are TBD_ASC until App Store Connect products are created (ASC App ID PENDING_CREATE). Digital features unlocked in the iOS app use StoreKit / In-App Purchase only.
When auto-renewable subscriptions are offered in the binary, the paywall will show title, length, and price before purchase, and will include: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
External cash referral / lead fees ($10 collect / $5 pay referrer by default), when enabled after compliance clearance, are real-world service fees via Stripe Connect on the platform/web path — not a substitute for IAP digital goods (Apple Guidelines 3.1.1 / 3.1.5).
You retain ownership of job evidence you upload. You grant ProofGrid a limited license to store, process, and display that content to job participants and via share packs you create. Job photos are private to participants — not a public social feed. You must have rights to content you upload. We may remove content that violates law or these terms. Report/block/remove controls will be available for UGC safety.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the app (except as permitted by law), use the app to break any law, interfere with operation, self-refer for cash rewards, abuse referral attribution, or use the app to harm others. Violations can result in access being revoked.
ProofGrid is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. ProofGrid is a home-services evidence and lightweight booking utility. It does not provide medical, legal, tax, real-estate brokerage, mortgage, insurance, or financial advice. Optional OCR/AI assist is INFERRED until you confirm — we do not claim perfect extraction accuracy. You remain responsible for the accuracy of job records you share with customers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthony McMurtrey / HAS-Deploy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the app. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms when the app materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after an update is your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
